Don has worked primarily with adults and older adult populations, presenting with a variety of behavioural and emotional needs, including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. He has experience with several psychotherapy modalities, including dialectical behavioural therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (provider status), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. Mr. Webers has a client-centred therapy and trauma-informed approach that utilizes evidence based therapies to assist clients to reach their goals.
Training & Experience
Don completed his Honors Bachelor of Arts degree at Wilfrid Laurier University and Addiction Careworker Diploma at McMaster University. In addition, he has *20 years of extensive inpatient experience working with a variety of mental health disorders.
He is a Canadian Certified Addiction Counselor through the Canadian Addiction Counsellor Certification Federation (CACCF).

Dr. Tiffany Leung is a Psychologist (Supervised Practice) who provides psychotherapy and assessment to adults in Burlington and online. Her services are supervised by Dr. Carol-Anne Hendry, Psychologist, and Dr. Samantha Daniel, Psychologist.
